A course where you can enjoy "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hitsumabushi" and "Hida Pork".Made with the best Kuroge Wagyu beef and Hida pork of the day.This tamari tare is produced by contracted farmers and was developed in collaboration with Gifu Hatsushimo, a long-established soy sauce brewery.This is a specialty dish that is made with great care in every aspect, from the meat, rice, and sauce.You can also enjoy a course meal featuring seasonal fish carpaccio, shabu-shabu, and seasonal vegetables and fish delivered daily from the market.

Five kinds of fresh fish sashimi, freshly caught that morning, served as carpaccio
Fried tofu with colorful vegetables
Seasonal vegetable kudzu mochi with Japanese-style bean paste
Deep-fried baby chicken with aromatic sauce

◆ Shabu-shabu with Gifu's brand pork "Hida Pork" (or charcoal-grilled chicken skirt steak)

[Course Reservation]
・Regardless of the number of people, if you cancel after 6:00 PM on the day before your visit, we will charge 100% of the course price per person.
・For reservations of 6 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 3 days of the reservation date.
・For reservations of 6 or more people, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 7 days or more after the reservation date.

・If you cancel after midnight on the day of your visit, we will charge you 2,000 yen per person.
・For reservations of 6 or more people, if you cancel within 2 days of the reservation date, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.
